To Join The Permanent Closing System:

To sign up send the following information to WCPO, Please include:
  • Your Institution's Name
  • Contact Information (Name, email, phone #)
  • Mailing Address
  • Number of people impacted due to a closure
  • How you would like your institution to appear On-Air & on WCPO.com

After submitting your information, you'll be mailed instructions on how to use the closing system.

One-Time Closing Procedures

Fax your closing on Official school or business letterhead to 513-721-7717. Faxes recieved on plain letterhead WILL NOT be accepted.

Include:
  • Your contact information (Name, email, phone #)
  • Type and duration of closing Closed, 1 hour delay, closing @ 1:00 p.m. etc...
  • Number of people impacted due to your closing
